The Staff and Students of the Legal Aid Centre visit schools, colleges and rural areas in and around Hubli and Dharwad and conduct legal literacy awareness programs for students and public.

12-08-2023 Final year students Shri Girish Pattanshetti and Shri Bhailappa Belagali visited Maitri Old Age home to provide Legal awareness on rights of senior citizens and Balamandir at Hubballi to orient on constitutional rights of children on 12th August 2023.
11-08-2023 Final year students visited Street vendors of lingrajnagar, Durgad Bail and Shirur Park to orient on legal provisions and various government schemes available to marginilized group on 1st August 2023.
11-08-2023 Legal awareness programme was organized at Kriyasheela Geleyaru, a school for special challenged Dharwad by Kum. Shivani, Kum. Rasika, Miss Chaitra and Miss Vaishanavi and oriented specially challenged children on fundamental duties and fundamental rights under constitution on 11th August 2023.
11-08-2023 Law students visited school of blind children at Siddharoodhmath, Hubballi and legal orientation was done for children on Rights of disabled by Final year students Shri Girish Pattanshetti and Shri Rudragouda Patil. and Law students visited women cell at Central Jail, Dharwad for legal orientation on free legal aid.
22-07-2023 Legal Awareness programme was organized at Government High School, Hosur in co-ordination with District Legal Services Authority, Dharwad on 22nd July 2023. Smt. Swapna Somayaji spoke on POCSO Act to High School children.
30-06-2023 Legal Awareness programme was organized at Maradagi Village in collaboration with DLSA at Govt High School on 30th June 2023. Smt. Sharada G. Patil principal. oriented children on importance of legal education.
27-06-2023 Legal Awareness programme was organized on 27th June 2023 at Tadakol village in Govt. High School. Final year students Shri Rudragouda Patil and Shri Bhailappa C.Belagali spoke on right to education.
23-06-2023 Legal orientation on Motor Vehicles Act was organized on 23rd June 2023. Smt. Swapna Somayaji participated as resource person at Chetana Science College, Hubballi.
19-06-2023 Legal awareness and survey programme was organised at Central Jail, Dharwad on 19th June 2023. Smt. Kavita Belagali addressed inmates of the jail on victim compensation
04-03-2023 In association with KSLU, Hubballi & Taluka Legal Services Authority, Laxmeshwar Kanoonu Arivu Neravu programme was conducted on 4th March 2023. Shri. Appasab Naik, Civil Judge and JMFC and Member Secretary Taluka Legal Service authority, Laxmeshwar was Chief Guest.
12-02-2023 The legal literacy survey was conducted on 12th February through Amrutha Samudhaya App. The survey was conducted at Doddur village, Shabala and Ullatti villages at Laxmeshwar taluka, Gadag District. 50 Students along with Dr. Bahubali Kurkuri and Shri. S. M. Nashipudi conducted a Legal Survey.
10-12-2022 On December 10, 2022, as a part of Human Rights Day, an awareness programme on Human Rights in Ayurvedic Mahavidalaya at Hubli was organized for final year BAMS students.
28-11-2022 Legal literacy programme was organized through All India Radio, Dharwad on November 28, 2022 as part of Constitutional Day celebration wherein two faculty members Smt. Swapna Somayaji, Asst. Professor and Smt. Vinutha Kulkarni, Asst. Professor spoke on basics of Indian Constitution to make layman understand the importance of Constitution as a supreme document.
26-11-2022 Awareness programme on Indian Constitution and a special lecture on India – Mother of Democracy was organized in Jain Degree College, Hubballi. Smt. Swapna Somayaji, Asst. Professor and Smt. Vinutha Kulkarni, Asst. Prof. participated as resource persons.

26-08-2022 Socio legal lurvey as a part of Legal Aid Programme was organized at Mantur village in association with District Legal Service Authority, Dharwad on 26th August 2022.
20-08-2022 Legal literacy programme on ‘Gender Sensitization’ was organized at Government First Grade College, Hubballi by Smt. Vidya Murasillin, Guest faculty and Miss. Netra Kulkarni final year student on 20th August 2022.

20th Feb 2017 Legal Awareness Programme was conducted for students of KLES`s M.R. Sakhare English Medium High School, Hubballi on the topic “Cyber Law and Cyber Crimes”. They explained about the various cyber offences such as Cyber Stalking, Cyber Hacking and Cyber Squating etc. Our students also gave awareness regarding the precautions to be undertaken while using various scientific and modern technological devises such as Face Book, Twitter, Whatsapp etc.
